I Stopped My Sister’s Wedding When I Looked at the Groom’s Hand

On my sister Selena’s wedding day, I stood as best man beside Lucas, my best friend since childhood. Everything seemed perfect until I noticed him nervously checking his Apple Watch. A message flashed: “Don’t forget what we did in Room 504 last night. Love, Misty.” My stomach dropped. I couldn’t stay silent as my sister walked down the aisle. I stepped forward and loudly asked Lucas to show everyone the text. The chapel fell silent. Selena froze, her face crumpling as she read the message.

Chaos erupted. Selena confronted Lucas, who desperately claimed Misty was obsessed and trying to ruin them. He refused to explain where he had been the night before. Heartbroken, Selena called off the wedding and left alone. Guests whispered in shock.
